What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 1 to 2 days to process your order. Delivery time is 3 to 7 business days in France and 3 to 10 days abroad.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship throughout France and also to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal.
Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Paris , France . Our warehouse is located in Seine-et-Marne, also in France.
Do you provide product tracking/monitoring information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your package's tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at team@hero3dworld.com .
Some items are missing from my order, what's going on?
Unless we've overlooked something, this isn't normal. Therefore, please contact us at team@hero3dworld.com before contacting the shipping company so we can investigate. If it's our mistake, please accept our apologies. We will send you the missing item.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to team@hero3dworld.com and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes shipping can take longer than expected with the carrier. However, you can track your order and see its location at any time. If you still need help tracking your package or have any questions about it, please contact us by email at team@hero3dworld.com.
Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with our online products. If you still wish to receive a refund for your order, we can certainly process the payment, provided the request is made within 14 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not on sale.
